I say that this picture conveys teamwork. I think that it not being centered with the camera and it all being skewed to the right, since we read left to right it might be on the right side to show it as an ending and not as a beginning. Once they are at the top of the mountain they can now see the beautiful view, a reward for their hard work. Then since they are on top of a mountain I presume them having an easy downhill slope to finish off the journey.
